A Process Approach to the issues

The key is to follow some process , which I will capture here and then work on each issue.  My hope is that the process also improves over time.

Update 1/1/2024 : 

• For each issue identify sets of affected parties

• See issue from affected party's view point

• A fair solution would be on where walking in each other shoes would be acceptable.
